Recently, China Unicom Guangdong Branch (hereinafter referred to as ‘Guangdong Unicom’) and Guangzhou Research Institute of Xidian University (hereinafter referred to as ‘Xidian Guangzhou Institute’) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
